Project Overview
NALYSYS is an AI-driven platform that optimizes human capital management. Using its unique “NALY Index,” it visualizes motivation changes and supports organizational improvement through personality assessments and 1-on-1 meeting assistance, fostering retention and performance growth.
Technical Implementation
The platform leverages motivation surveys and aptitude/personality assessments (NALYGRAM / PIONALY) to provide AI-powered real-time suggestions for meeting preparation and follow-ups. All 1-on-1 session data is automatically recorded, analyzed, and continuously refined through machine learning.
